Due to the nature of truck body repair and fabrication services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professional service rather than monetary refunds.
Service-Based Business
As a service-based business, our work involves:
- Labor and expertise that cannot be "returned"
- Materials that are custom-fitted or modified for specific vehicles
- Time and resources invested in each project
- Permanent improvements to customer vehicles
Circumstances for Refunds
Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Work was not performed as agreed in the written estimate
- Significant defects in workmanship that cannot be corrected
- Services were cancelled before work began (subject to cancellation terms)
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
- Services were not authorized by the customer
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Customer dissatisfaction with completed work that meets industry standards
- Changes in customer preferences after work is completed
- Normal wear and tear after service completion
- Damage caused by customer misuse or neglect
- Work performed under emergency conditions
- Custom fabrication work that has been completed to specifications
Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins
- Services may be cancelled without penalty before work begins
- Any deposits paid will be refunded in full
- Cancellation must be made in writing or by phone
- Special orders or custom parts may be subject to restocking fees
After Work Has Started
- Customer is responsible for work completed up to cancellation point
- Materials used or specially ordered are non-refundable
- Labor charges apply for time invested in the project
- Vehicle must be returned to safe, driveable condition
Warranty vs. Refund
We prefer to address issues through our warranty program rather than refunds:
Warranty Coverage
- 12-month warranty on workmanship for most services
- 6-month warranty on paint and refinishing work
- Manufacturer warranty on parts and materials
- Free correction of defects covered under warranty
Warranty Process
- Report warranty issues promptly
- Allow reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct issues
- Warranty work performed at no charge to customer
- Warranty repairs extend coverage for corrected work
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
